This Privacy Policy explains how LibeCore ("LibeCore," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit libecore.com (the "Site") or contact us or use our services. By using the Site or submitting information to us, you agree to this Policy.

Information you provide. When you complete a form, request an audit, email us, or call us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, practice or specialty, and any information you include in your message.

How we share information

Protected health information (HIPAA)
In the course of providing Independent Dispute Resolution, out-of-network recovery, and related services to healthcare providers, LibeCore may access, receive, or handle protected health information ("PHI") on behalf of its provider clients. When we do, we act as a "Business Associate" as defined under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act ("HIPAA") and its implementing regulations.
We handle PHI only as permitted by our written agreements with those clients (including Business Associate Agreements) and applicable law. Specifically, we:
- use and disclose PHI only to perform the services we are engaged to provide, or as required by law;
- do not sell PHI and do not use it for our own advertising or marketing;
- maintain administrative, physical, and technical safeguards designed to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of PHI;
- limit access to PHI to workforce members who need it to perform their duties; and
- report breaches of unsecured PHI as required by HIPAA and our agreements.
This Privacy Policy governs information collected through our website. Our handling of PHI on behalf of a provider client is governed primarily by that client's own Notice of Privacy Practices and by our Business Associate Agreement with them. If you are a patient with questions about your health information, please contact your healthcare provider directly.
Text messages and phone calls
If you provide your phone number and consent, we may contact you by phone or text message about your request or our services. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text message, telling us during a call, or contacting us using the details below.
Data retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements, after which we delete or de-identify it.
Data security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
